Operations in.
It replaced manual spreadsheet tracking for a Skool-based education business. A mobile money pipeline supports EVC Plus, E-Dahab, ZAAD, SAHAL and M-PESA: students register publicly and submit a screenshot and reference, staff verify the payment, and memberships activate automatically with expiry tracking.
Three role-based dashboards (CEO, Operations Manager, Customer Service) cover revenue reporting, call and conversion metrics, complaint management and staff performance. Server-side session authentication, role-based access control and audit logging protect every approve, reject, activate and suspend action.
I built the full stack solo, mobile-first and in both English and Somali, since most students register from their phones.
